That is a stroke of genius. And so simple to make, I should think. But somehow I think it’s not quite James style, and he’s the only one in this house with any need for a jump drive. Oh, well. And I SO needed something to do in my spare time…:-)
This sort of thing has always ticked me off.

Emily wrote up this Actual Play report of A Flower for Mara from GenCon. That means that I don’t have to! Hooray!
Plus, it was a really good game. Very emotionally intense, especially since the group decided that Mara had killed herself. Yeah, that was pretty hard. But still, good.
I am reading “The Road” and I love it and hate it. I love the writing, very mental picture-inducing, but it’s heartbreaking. Extremely bleak. Nevertheless, I can’t seem to put it down.
I would definitely recommend reading “The Road” but would also suggest NOT reading it before bedtime.

I was invited to attend a meet-up of the Peoria Flickr Group this morning at One World on the corner of West Main and Peoria.
This was my third time at One World this week, a new record. It’s one of my favorite restaurants, but I have managed at times to go months without stopping by. [...]
For anyone who is interested, the Peoria Flickr group is doing a show @ One World. It runs from August 19th through September 15th and features 21 photographs of Peoria’s bridges from 14 different artists. These are all wonderful pictures, and I would highly recommend checking it out sometime over the next few weeks.
