You&#039;re absolutely right.  The lack of power armor from the movie &quot;Starship Troopers&quot; was the greatest travesty about that film.  The second biggest travesty was missing the entire point of the book, but that pales in comparison beside the lack of power armor. ;-)  I mean, if you want to gripe about war, try making a movie out of Haldeman&#039;s &quot;The Forever War&quot;.

Hmm.

I&#039;d probably watch that movie, actually....</description>

Heinlein&#039;s &quot;Starship Troopers.&quot; And it&#039;s funny too than the movie based on SST apparently thought it was possible for giant alien bugs to shoot plasma out of their butts, but managed to leave OUT the powered armor because it was too futuristic.</description>
