2007-12-24On Saturday, we made kaldormer for Christmas Eve dinner. This year, we…uh, well, *I* came up with an innovation. Rather than browning the kaldormer in a skillet, I used the deep fryer. Did it work? I’ll let you know after tonight….

What is a Kaldormer?
It’s a Swedish food. Um…a rice and sausage mixture wrapped in a cabbage leaf, which you then brown in a skillet (or a deep fryer) and then bake.
